What do I need to bring with me to the counter to rent a car?
The User of the vehicle will need to be present and provide a valid Driver’s license, Passport copy with Visa/entry stamp and Credit Card in their own name. Drivers with an overseas driver’s license must provide their country driving license, international license and passport. Also, if you have any Discounts, Coupons, Waffer offers, etc, they must be presented upon arrival.
Is there a charge if I cancel my reservation?
There is no charge if reservations are cancelled 24 Hrs (One day) prior to your pickup date.
Can I drive the car outside the state/Territory?
For driving outside of the state/territory you collected the car from, you must inform the location you are renting from for legal or insurance purpose.
Can I use someone else's credit card?
For security purposes of the credit card holder all renters and additional drivers must have a credit card in their own name or the guarantor should be physically present.
How do I extend my rental and will it change my rate?
To extend your rental, you must contact the location where the car was rented. Any changes in your rental may change the rate (depending on your rental agreement).
What should I do if I have an accident or the vehicle breaks down?
First contact the police to complete an accident report Dial-999 and immediately contact the location the car was rented from. For breakdown we have our team who works for 24/7.
Can I rent a car with an International driver’s license?
If you have a valid International driver’s license or your home country driver’s license is approved by UAE government/RTA then you are able to drive in the Emirates. Your international driver’s license must include a photo of yourself and you will be required to present your passport with your driver’s license.
